Biography--

Audrey L. Henson, 67, of Evansdale, Iowa, died Tuesday, August 16, 2016 at UnityPoint Health ‑ Allen Hospital in Waterloo, Iowa.

She was born on September 1, 1948 in Waterloo; the daughter of Ruben and Maxine (Smith) Weltzin.

Audrey married Willie “Bill” D. Henson on June 6, 1975 in Waterloo. She was a homemaker and loved to play BINGO.

Survivors include her husband, Bill; two sons, Jeremy (Lydia) Henson of Waterloo and Joseph (Terri) Henson of Grundy Center; five grandchildren: Brady, Logan, Drew, Lillian, and Courtney; two sisters, Michelle Daniels of Waterloo and Shirley "June" Roberts of Evansdale.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Delores “Lori” De Boey; and by a half-brother, Franklin Weltzin.
