Biography--

Marcella "Sally" Foulk, 79, of La Porte City, Iowa, died Wednesday, March 29, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home, Waterloo, Iowa.

She was born September 26, 1937, in Waterloo to George and Martha Schwindt Wagner. She married Billy Foulk on July 21, 1956, at Waterloo's Immanuel Lutheran Church.

She graduated from East High School in 1955 and worked at Covenant Medical Center for 35 years in insurance and admissions. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls.

Survived by: her husband; three daughters, Connie (Al) Frain of Portage, Wis., Julie (Kevin) Lichty of Waterloo and Sheri (Al) Fenner of Grinnell; a son, Brian (Rae) Foulk of Vinton; six grandchildren, Lt. Col. Chad (Hollie) Lichty, Brandon (April) Lichty, Abbie (Jason) Rittmiller, Erik Foulk, Keri (fiancé, Blake Kittredge) Knudson and Danielle (Bob) Helgerson; an "adopted" daughter, Kelly (Matt) Russell of Waterloo; "adopted" grandchildren, Tyler and Jennifer Russell; nine great-grandchildren, Emmelia, Ella, Eli and Easton Lichty, Bret and Evelynn Lichty, Rowan Rittmiller, Kolton Kittredge, Evan Helgerson and another great-granddaughter expected; two brothers, George “Junior” (Geraldine) Wagner of Cedar Falls and Clarence Wagner of Waterloo; and three sisters, Bernice (Garold) Foulk of La Porte City and Doris (Buzz) Meyer and Barb Draper, both of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by: her parents; a grandchild, Jami Jo Knudson; two sisters, Eileen Pieper and Lydia "Tootie" Weatherman, and a sister in infancy
