Biography--

Jack Alan Wright, 74, of Waterloo, Iowa, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2016.

He was born on March 30, 1942, in Waterloo, son of Ernest and Marjorie Wright. He married the love of his life, Dorothy Sigmund, in Bondurant on December 28, 1963.

Jack had many gifts that he used daily, and countless hobbies that multiplied as he got older and learned more. One of his favorite hobbies was riding motorcycles, the second love of his life. He genuinely loved people and was always volunteering, giving to those in need, or just quick to offer a kind smile.

He loved spending time with his family -- his wife, his son Mark and his fiancee Rachel, his daughter Deanna and her husband Eric Brasch, and his four granddaughters: Megan, Allison, Emalee, and Samantha.

We hope that his legacy lives on through the lives of those he impacted.
