December 11, 1948 - May 20, 2016

Evansdale, Iowa - Roger Lee Neebel, 67, of Evansdale, formerly of Waterloo, died Friday, May 20th, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.

He was born December 11, 1948 in Waterloo, the son of William and Arlene Clark Neebel. He married Terry Williams June 30, 1972 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Roger graduated from East High School in 1967. After graduation, he served two years in the Marines being stationed in Camp Pendleton in California. After his service, Roger worked as a carpenter and auto body mechanic until retiring in 1997.

Survived by his wife; two sons, Vance (Jennifer) and Allen (Missy) Neebel both of Waterloo; two brothers, Bill (Ellen) Neebel of Decorah and Dan (Julie) Neebel of Dubuque; a brother-in-law, Wayne Frost of Eagle Center; and two grandchildren, Brady Neebel and Myah Fisher.

Preceded by his parents; and a sister, Terry Frost.

Services: A memorial visitation will take place from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 24th with a 7 p.m. vigil service at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway Ave.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
