Biography--

Donna L. Bentley, age 82, of Waterloo, died Monday, November 16, 2015 at her home.

She was born June 17, 1933 in Dumont, Iowa, the daughter of Lee and Nellie Gamble Morehouse. Donna was united in marriage with Fred H. Bentley, Sr. on January 10, 1953, in Waterloo. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2011.

Donna was a homemaker. She treasured spending time with her family and her cat, Molly. She loved country music and dancing. Donna also enjoyed knitting, crocheting and making jellies and jams.

Survivors include two sons, Fred (Vickie) Bentley Jr., Thomas (Vicki) Bentley, a granddaughter, Carissa Merrick and two great-granddaughters, Abigail and Adalynn; two sisters, Mary Willis and Ruth Morehouse and two brothers, Joe Morehouse, all of Waterloo and Byron (Ardis) Morehouse, of Evansdale.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
