Biography--

Mary Patricia “Pat” Clark, 87, of Waterloo, died Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Rosewood Estates.

She was born on April 24, 1928 in Coggin, Iowa daughter of Lawrence and Nellie Gallery Callan. She married Donald R. Clark on August 18, 1950, in Waterloo and he died May 11, 1992.

Pat graduated from East Waterloo High School in 1946, and attended Iowa State Teachers College.

Survived by three sons, Jeffrey (Sara) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Donald of San Diego, CA, Thomas (Gail) of Marion, Iowa, and one daughter Susan (John) Conway of Fort Myers, FL, seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a sister, Regina Waldon of Waterloo, Iowa.

Preceded in death by her parents, and three sisters, Madilyn Trotter, Ann Smith and Eleanor Maust.

Services: 10:30 A.M. Friday, November 6, at St. Edward Catholic Church with burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Public visitation from 4-7 P.M. Thursday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on West Ridgeway, where there will be a 6 P.M. vigil service. There will not be visitation at the church on Friday.

Pat was known for her love of entertaining, wonderful gourmet cooking and traveling the world with her husband Don. Many thanks to Rosewood Estates and Cedar Valley Hospice for their tender loving care of our mom. Special thanks go to Tiffany at Cedar Valley Hospice and Sarah at Rosewood Estates.
