Dennis Michael Boutott, 67, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, November 17, at Sartori Hospital, Cedar Falls.

He was born May 25, 1948, in Green Bay, Wis, the son of Wallace and Irene Suidzinski Boutott. He received his bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa and was employed as a line supervisor at Tyson Meats.

Survivors include: three daughters, Amy (Stephen) Kirby of Milwaukee, Wis., Meggan (Nick) Heinrichs of Ankeny, and Lori (Steve Burgess) Boutott of East Moline, Ill.; his mother, Irene Boutott of Cedar Falls; four grandchildren, Erin and Kira Kirby, Abigail and Andrew Heinrichs; a brother, Joe (Mary) Boutott of Cedar Falls; two sisters, Kathleen (Gottfried) Kotscher of Bonita Springs, Fla, and Geralynn (Richard Smith) Whetro of Cypress, Calif.

Preceded in death by: his father, Wallace Boutott; a brother, Jerry Boutott; a sister, Eileen Silver.

Memorial Service: 10:30 A.M. Saturday, November 21, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church with inurnment in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery Columbarium. Public visitation from 4-7 P.M. Friday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, where there will be a 6 P.M. vigil service. Visitation also one hour prior to services at the church.
