Will be held 1 hour before the service at the church on Tuesday.

Biography--

Roxanne Marie Frazer, 41, of Waterloo, Iowa, died Sunday November 30, 2014 at home of natural causes.

She was born on June 4, 1973, in Waterloo, the daughter of Rueben and Veda (Simmons) Frazer Jr. Roxanne attended Hawkeye Institute of Technology and then was employed by McDonalds in Cedar Falls. Roxanne married Robert Wahner.

Roxanne is survived by her father Rueben (Step-Mother Deb) Frazer of LeRoy Minnesota; mother Veda (Ed Hawkins) Frazer of Waterloo; two sons, Travis and James Frazer; two brothers, Michael (Cindy) Frazer of Stillwell Kansas, and Robert (Sherrie) Frazer of Waterloo; and a sister, Pam Martin of Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Samantha Frazer.
