Monday, March 23, 2015 at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Evansdale.

Visitation:
Sunday, March 22, 2015 at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel: 3146 Kimball Ave. Waterloo, IA. And also one hour before the service on Monday.

Garden of Memories, Waterloo

Biography--

June Maxine Frahm, of Evansdale, Iowa, died Thursday, March 19, 2015 at UnityPoint Health-Allen Hospital of natural causes. She was born in Orleans, Nebraska, on June 18, 1924, the daughter of George and Selma (Clarine) Culver. June graduated high school in 1941 and went on to earn her teaching certificate.

She married Alfred F. Frahm on December 22, 1943, in Reno, Nevada, he preceded her in death on December 29, 2010.

June taught school in Nebraska and then worked as security for J.C. Penny in Waterloo for 19 years, until retiring in 1974. She was also a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Evansdale.

June is survived by a son, Donald E. (Judy) Frahm of Wellsburg; two daughters, Lynette Riley of Rock Island, Illinois, and Paula (Willard 'Joe') Ratchford Jr of Augusta, Kansas; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Frahm; a brother, Marion Culver and one great-great-granddaughter.
