Biography--

Kathleen "Kathy" Brown, 50, of Waterloo died at her sister’s home in Parkersburg on Friday October 23, 2015.

She was born on October 23, 1965 in Waterloo daughter of Rollo Moe and Karen Burns.

Kathy graduated from Central High School in 1984 and earned her Nursing Degree from Hawkeye Community College. She worked as a nurse at Country View Care for 19 years and was member at Heartland Vineyard Church.

She is survived by her son, Trévon Brown of Waterloo; her sister, Heather Taylor of Parkersburg; her brother, Matthew (Amanda) Burns of Waterloo; her step-father, Monte Burns; her niece, Elizabeth Taylor of Parkersburg; and her nephew, Mason Burns of Waterloo.

Kathleen was preceded in death by: her parents; her brother, Larry Burns; and many aunts and uncles.
