Lois J. Lampman, 95, of Waterloo, died at NorthCrest Specialty Care, on Friday, October 23, 2015.
Lois was born on June 29, 1920 in Conrad, Iowa, daughter of Guy and Ona Marie (Sherbon) Stover. She graduated from Dike High School.
Lois married Edward Milton Lampman, March 22, 1941, in Lancaster, Missouri. He died November 10, 1993. She worked for Powers Mfg. for several years and then later retired from Hinson Mfg. Lois was a member of Ridgeway Bethel Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Norma Weber of Osage and Judy Squires of Rock Island, IL; seven grandchildren; Mark Wilcox, Kathy (Mike Crain) Stepan, Mary (Gene) Wagner, Rene Hulet, Larry “Duffer” (Stephanie) Weber, Jr., Rick Squires and Glen Squires; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; three sisters: Darlene (Lyle) Grapp of Waterloo, Dora Pence of Newton and Evelyn Lee of Fort Worth, TX; and two sisters-in-law: Mary Stover of Acampa, CA and Sharon Stover of British Columbia, Canada.
Lois was preceded in death by: one son, Edward "Little Eddie" Lampman III; one grandson, Mike Squires; six brothers: Guy Jr, Francis, Baby Jessie, Jaye, Cecil and Virgil "Jim" Stover; one son‑in‑law, Lawrence Weber; and one grandson‑in‑law, David.
