Bill R. Price (1953-2015)

WATERLOO, IOWA - Bill R. Price, 62, of Waterloo, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015, from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born February 21, 1953 in Waterloo, son of Richard and Beatrice (Byrnes) Price. He married Susan Curtis on June 6, 1981, and they later divorced.

He graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1971 and served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.

He is survived by two brothers, Stephen Price of Newport Beach, CA, and Richard (Anita) Price of Naples, FL; a sister, Susan (Scott) Vadner of Alpharetta, GA; six nephews: Richard, Stephen and Jason Price, Shane, Spencer, and Skyler Vadner; and two nieces, Gina Schuler and Sierra Moulton.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Thomas.

Memorial Services: 2:00 p.m. Monday at Richardson Funeral Service, Cedar Falls, with Military Honors provided by the Cedar Falls AMVETS Post 49 Honor Guard. Inurnment at a later date in Hawkeye Cemetery, Fayette County. Visitation for one hour prior to the service Monday.
