Biography--
Ella Mae Timion, 85, of Waterloo, Iowa, died at UnityPoint Health—Allen Hospital on August 8, 2015.
She was born October 7, 1929, in Waterloo, the daughter of William “Richard” and Phyllis (Saunders) Crow.
Ella Mae married Richard Timion November 7, 1953 in Waterloo. She was a homemaker for most of her life. For over 50 years, Ella Mae enjoyed spending summers with her husband and family at their home in Harpers Ferry. She enjoyed fishing, sewing, cooking and time with family and friends.
She is survived her husband Richard Timion of Waterloo; 2 sons: James Sigler of Santa Rosa, California and Tom Crow of Denver, Colorado; 8 grandchildren: Sharon Jenison of Waverly, Becky Rumsey of Waterloo, Dwayne (Rebecca) Rumsey of Cedar Falls, Nicolle (Brendt) Bryant of Independence, Jarret (Emily) Sigler of Santa Rosa, Amanda Sigler of Petaluma, California, Melanie (Jeff Mask) Crow of Thornton, Colorado, and Philip Crow of Denver, Colorado; 14 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Ella Mae is also survived by her brother: Wayne (Colleen) Crow of Waterloo; 3 sisters: Margaret Bettis of Cedar Falls, Ruth Carnes of Cedar Falls and Hazel (Jerry) Carnes of Waterloo; and brother-in-law: Wayne (Ruth) Timion of Bagley, Wisconsin.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Anita Gould, son Craig Sigler, granddaughter-in-law Julie Rumsey, brother William R. Crow Jr. and sister Norma Gerholdt.
