CEDAR FALLS - Thomas P. Graeber, 79, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

He was born April 23, 1935, in Osage, son of Herbert and Marjorie Hill Graeber. He married Mary Prokop on Jan. 3, 1969, in Boise, Idaho.

Thomas served in the U.S. Army, received a master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa and was a school psychologist for 30 years, retiring in 1999.

Survived by his wife; a son, Marc of Centennial, Colo.; two grandchildren, Aiden and Ethan Graeber; and a sister, Jeannine Zeisneiss of Mount Pulaski, Ill.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Services: 2 p.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls, preceded by half an hour of visitation. Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials, in lieu of flowers may be directed to the church.
