CEDAR FALLS - Mae Lucille Gazza, 96, of Cedar Falls, formerly of Chetek, Wis., died Wednesday, June 7, 2006, at the Cedar Falls Healthcare Center.

She was born June 5, 1910, in Peoria, Ill., daughter of Jule and Anna Marie Stoboel Schoey. On April 13, 1929, she married Henry Gazza. He died in January 1998.

Mrs. Gazza received her formal education in Peoria.

Survivors include a daughter, Anna Marie Wittenburg of Cedar Falls; nine grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by two sons, Henry Jr. and Darold; a daughter-in-law, Lavona Gazza; a granddaughter and a great-grandson; a sister; and two brothers.

Services: 11 a.m. Wednesday at Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly, with burial at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Boniface Cemetery, Chetek. Public visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family for a later designation.
