Dorothy M. Muzzey, 99, of Waterloo, IA went home with the Lord Monday, October 18, 2004 at the Parkview Nursing and Rehab Center, Waterloo, of natural causes. She was born on February 01, 1905 in Waterloo, the daughter of Shirley M. and Lillie (Thomas) Muzzey.

Dorothy attended the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Illinois. She worked at the Scripture Press in Chicago, and then later returned to Waterloo to do secretarial work in the area and volunteered at Family Altar Broadcast. She was a long time member of Walnut Ridge Baptist Church.

Dorothy is survived by her two nieces, Marguerite Muzzey of Chicago, IL, and Shirley Thompson of Ames, IA. She is also survived by her two special friends, Gloria and James Goering of Waterloo.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; and two sisters.
