WATERLOO - Max Alexander Davis, infant son of Jordan and Sara Boesen Davis, was stillborn Friday, Sept. 5, 2014, at Covenant Medical Center.

Survived by his parents of Waterloo; paternal grandparents, Ken and Jolene Davis of Storm Lake; maternal grandparents, Mark and Nancy Boesen of Waterloo; maternal great-grandparents, Cletus Sweeney and Phyllis Boesen, both of Waterloo; three uncles, Joe (Vaska) Zubak of Jesup, James Boesen of Waterloo and Eric (Martha) Davis of Tucson, Ariz.; an aunt, Kendra (Derek) Tremain of Melbourne, Fla.; and three cousins, Grace Davis, Koa Tremain and Dylan Zubak.

Preceded in death by paternal great-grandparents, Ralph and Dorothy Davis and Joel and Mabel Anderson; and maternal great-grandparents, Jim Boesen and Ella Sweeney.

Services: 2 p.m. Friday at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, preceded by an hour of visitation, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is assisting the family.
