Carl A. Schnock, 82, of Cedar Falls, died Thursday, November 22, 2007 at the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.

He was born April 7, 1925, in Flandreau, South Dakota, the son of George and Mary Stoltenberg Schnock. He married Elda Vae "Penny" Meyer on August 19, 1967, in South St. Paul, Minnesota.

Carl was employed as a Meat Cutter at Supervalue Grocery in Cedar Falls, retiring in 1994.

Survivors include his wife of Cedar Falls; two daughters, Judy Statler of Cedar Falls and Nancy Beaupre of Waterloo; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two sisters, Ella Kukuk of Granbury, Texas and Sofia Cagley of Terrell, Texas.

Preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Family directed Memorial Services will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Faith Wesleyan Church in Cedar Falls.

Memorials may be directed to the church or Cedar Valley Hospice.
