WATERLOO - Sheryl Ann Bickford, 49, of Waterloo, died at home Thursday, April 21, 2005.

She was born April 21, 1956, in Fort Knox, Ky., daughter of Ward W. and Phyllis I. Button Bickford. She graduated from Cedar Falls High School in 1975; received a teachers associate degree from York College, York, Neb.; and furthered her education in horticultural science. She was a teachers associate in the Waterloo school system.

Survivors include her parents of Cedar Falls; three sisters, Renae Kay (Curtis) Baker of Dallas, Texas, Marquisette A. Bickford of Kansas City, Mo., and Diana M. Hughbanks of Waterloo; and four nephews and nieces, Amanda and William Baker, Aaron and Madison Hughbanks.

Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Oscar and Anna Bickford; and maternal grandparents, Charles and Adelia Button.

Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and for an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial fund will be established.
