ELK RUN HEIGHTS - Debra Lentzkow, 47, of 126 Gilbertville Road, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2005, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City, from complications of pancreatitis.

She was born May 18, 1958, in Waterloo, daughter of Sandlin and Laurene Dally Gillen. She married Lloyd Lentzkow on April 7, 1979, in Nashua.

Mrs. Lentzkow graduated from Waterloo East High School in 1976. She had worked at Morris Printing and Lakeview Lodge at Friendship Village.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Carrie Lentzkow of Waterloo; two sons, Mike (Ashley) of Raymond and Tom of Elk Run Heights; a grandson, Hunter; her parents of Elk Run Heights; four brothers, Sandlin (Joy) Gillen of Longview, Texas, Steven (Jane) Gillen of Waterloo, Timothy (Patty) Gillen of Cedar Falls, and her twin, Daniel (Lacinda) Gillen of Marshalltown; and a sister, Sheryl Moser of Racine, Wis.

Preceded in death by her grandparents; and a brother-in-law, John Moser.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Assembly of God Church, Elk Run Heights, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Waterloo. Friends may call from 4 to 7 p.m. today at Locke Funeral Home, Waterloo.
