CEDAR FALLS - Tammy Kay Bissell, 43, of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Aug. 10, 2014, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City.

She was born March 4, 1971, in Waterloo, daughter of Dewitt and Karen Nargang Hansen. She married Tom Bissell on Aug. 2, 2003, at Washington Park, Waterloo.

Tammy was a stay-at-home mom.

Survived by her husband; a son, David (Katie) Cole of Waterloo; two daughters, Ashley (Adam) Craft and Tiffany (Nick) Cole, both of Waterloo; a granddaughter, Abigail; a grandchild on the way; two brothers, Scott (Ruth) Hansen of Iowa Falls and Jim (Laurie) Russell of Iowa City; and two sisters, Lori Ann and Lori Lee.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 300 Ralston Road, Waterloo, where visitation begins at 9:30 a.m., and burial at a later date. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, Waterloo, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the family.

Tammy enjoyed crosswords, handing out candy to neighborhood kids, garage sales and road trips. She loved her dogs dearly. Tammy will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
