CEDAR FALLS - Virginia Hodek, 93, of St. George, Utah, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Friday, July 11, 2014, in St. George.

She was born July 11, 1921, in Chicago, daughter of James and Sophia Zettek. She married Laddie Hodek in Cicero, Ill., on May 2, 1942; he preceded her in death.

Virginia was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church and St. George Catholic Church.

Survived by two daughters, Diane (Robert) Burns and Janet Hodek, both of St. George; a son, Larry (Jean) of Westmont, Ill.; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Cedar Falls, where visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls. Arrangements by Metcalf Mortuary, St. George. Local services provided by Dahl-Van Hove-Schoof Funeral Home.
