WATERLOO - Donald Wayne Colvin Sr., 64, of Waterloo, died Monday, June 13, 2005, at Allen Hospital of natural causes.

He was born Feb. 20, 1941, in Waterloo, son of George Jr. and Bernice Struckmeyer Colvin. He married Judy Leibold Aug. 6, 1959, at St. Edward Catholic Church, Waterloo.

Mr. Colvin served in the U.S. Army for three years. He worked for John Deere as a forklift driver for 30 years, retiring in 1997.

Survived by his wife; a son, Don Jr. (Lori) of Waterloo; two daughters, Deb (Tom) Cutsforth of Waterloo and Dee Wilson of Hopkinton; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Pat Will of Grundy Center and Nancy (Tom) Becker of Traer.

Preceded in death by his parents.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, with burial in Waterloo Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today and for an hour before services Thursday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
