WATERLOO - Glenda Marie Sweeney Connor, 43, of Rosemount, Minn., formerly of Waterloo, died Thursday, March 16, 2006, at home of cancer.

She was born Dec. 29, 1962, in Waterloo, daughter of James and Joyce Ollendieck Sweeney. She married Bryan Connor on May 22, 1987, in Waterloo, and they later divorced.

She graduated from Columbus High School in 1981. She was employed as an administrative assistant for National Truck Underwriting Managers Inc. for 20 years.

Survived by her parents of Waterloo; two daughters, Amber Connor and Brianna Connor, both of Rosemount; her special friend and his son, Troy Hildman and Michael, both of St. Louis Park, Minn.; two brothers, Bruce (Wendy) Sweeney of Waterloo and Scott (Efrem Dlugacz) Sweeney of Princeton, NJ.; two sisters, Kathy (Dave) Hoth of Waterloo and Janet (Dan) Swanson of Rosemount; and nieces and nephews, Shane and Shannon Swanson of Rosemount and Megan and Colin Sweeney of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, James and Grace Sweeney; and maternal grandparents, Ben and Irma Ollendieck.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with entombment in Mt. Olivet Mausoleum. Public visitation from 2 to 8 p.m. today at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary and 7 p.m. vigil service. Visitation also for an hour before services Monday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the family for a beneficiary to be named at a later date.
