WATERLOO - Betty Ann Jordan, 83, formerly of 2905 Roland Ave., died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005, at Ravenwood Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Sept. 14, 1922, in Waterloo, daughter of William R. and Lillian Mae Arthurs Pauley. She married Richard Dick Jordan on Nov. 16, 1940, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, Cedar Falls. He died Sept. 27, 2005.

Survivors include two sons, David (Lori) Jordan of Kaiser, Mo., and Marc (Kathy) Jordan of Nisswa, Minn.; two daughters, Colleen Kay (Larry) Kress of Waterloo and Debby J. (Mike) Conley of Waterloo; nine grandchildren, Lisa (Duane) Ellis of Bolton, Miss., Scott (Cindy) Buck of Waterloo, Tina (Matthew) Lentsch of Farmington, Minn., Debbie (Jason) Halverson of Waterloo, Sean Jordan of Kaiser, Mo., Heather (Eric) Lukes of Stewartville, Minn., Missy Conley of Chandler, Ariz., Luke (Cindy) Jordan of Pequot Lakes, Minn., and David Jordan of Breezy Point, Minn.; four stepgrandchildren, Patrick (Lisa) Kress of Cedar Rapids, Maureen Kress of Waterloo, Laura Kress of Houston, Texas, and Ellen Kress of Lawrenceville, Ga.; 13 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild; a brother, William (Charlyne) Pauley of Waterloo; and a sister-in-law; Beatrice (Vern) Browne of Cedar Falls.

Preceded in death by a grandson, Joseph Joey Jordan; and a sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Leonard Dorenkamp.

Services: 11 a.m. Friday at St. Edward Catholic Church, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball, with a 7 p.m. vigil service.
