WATERLOO -- Kathryn E. Crinklaw, 91, of Waterloo, died Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Windsor Nursing Home.

She was born Aug. 11, 1922, in Eagle Center, daughter of Steven and Ella Reiter Werner. She married Robert R. Crinklaw on Jan. 20, 1954, in Waterloo. He died Oct. 6, 1984.

Kathryn was employed with First Federal Savings and Loan for more than 34 years, retiring in September 1987.

Survived by a sister-in-law, Mildred Werner of Waterloo; nieces and nephews, Gary (Paula) Werner of Buckingham, Rita (Steve) McFarlane of Cedar Falls, LouAnn (Phil) Lovell of Phoenix, Steve Werner of Evansdale, and Wayne (Patty) Crinklaw of Lopez Island, Wash.; great-nieces and -nephews, Jake (Karen) Werner of Sumner, Amanda Werner of Des Moines, Ashley Werner of Clive, Michelle (Jon) Heine of Cedar Falls, Jennifer (Todd) Fitzpatrick and Dawn Bantz, both of Cedar Falls, Adam McFarlane of Des Moines, Aaron (Seetal) Lovell of Washington, D.C., and Claire (Samuel) Todd of Phoenix; and seven great-great-nieces and -nephews.

Preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Louis (Mildred) Werner and Joseph (Irene) Werner.

Services: 11 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Visitation for an hour before services Monday at the church. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be directed to the church or Unity Point Hospice.
