Henry A. Truair Is Dead; Age 69

Henry Alonzo Truair, 69 years of age, died this morning at 9 o'clock at the family home, 115 Gable Street, of a complication of diseases. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon from the home at 2:30 o'clock, Rev. A. G. Ward of Clarksville, an old pastor of the family, being in charge. Burial will be in Fairview.

Mr. Truair was born in Cook County, Ill. He enlisted in the Sixteenth volunteer cavalry during the Civil War and served thru the entire conflict and the hardships are supposed to have broken his health. He was a member of Grace M. E. Church and of the Robert Anderson post, G. A. R. which organization will attend the funeral services in a body.

He is survived by a widow and these children, all at home: Charles H., Merton L., Clarence E., Arthur H., Clara and Nellie.

Deceased had lived in Waterloo about five years.
