Charles H. Truair, 53, died Thursday at 4 a.m. of cancer at the Myers Convalescent Home in Orange Township.

Mr. Trualr, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Truair, was born Sept. 30, 1878, at Strawberry Point, Ia. He came to Waterloo in 1900.

Surviving, are two sisters, Clara and Nellie Truair, 117 Sycamore Street, and three brothers, M. L. Truair, 117 Sycamore, Street; C. E. Truair, 320 Park Road, and A. H. Truair, Newton, Kan.

His parents and two sisters preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be Saturday at 2:30 p. m. at the O'Keefe & Towne chapel with Rev. Thomas P. Shaffer, pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
