WATERLOO - Roy Lee Mullins, 67, of Waterloo, formerly of Bradyville, Tenn., died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008, at Cedar Valley Hospice Home of natural causes.

He was born Feb. 18, 1941, in Nolensville, Tenn., son of Freeman and Angie Perry Mullins.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a telephone lineman for K & B Contractors in Texas, retiring in 1986.

Survived by a son, Roy L. Jr. (Brenda) of Waterloo; a daughter, Teresa (Robert) Walters of Waterloo; six grandchildren, Jennifer Walters, Danielle Walters, Robert Walters IV, Jolynn Mullins, Roy L. Mullins III and Christina Marvets; two great-grandchildren, Joey Fontanini and Katherine Fontanini; a brother, David of Bradyville; and two sisters, Geraldine (Jay) Allen of Flatrock, Ala., and Dorothy (Tommy) Foster of Hilsboro, Tenn.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Clifford.

Family-conducted memorial services: will take place at a later date. Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street assisted the family with arrangements.
