Miss. Anna Lavina Bishop, 38, 309 Broadway, died at 12:45 a.m. today in St. Francis Hospital.

Miss Bishop was born Jan. 2, 1887, at Hazleton, Iowa, and moved with her parents to Aurora when she was nine years old. The family came to Waterloo in 1910 and had resided here since, except one year in Cedar Rapids and Los Angeles.

Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Eva Jane Bishop, Waterloo; three brothers: Marvey J., Aurora; Carl V. and Ben F.; and a sister, Goldie, Waterloo. Her father died in 1901, a sister, Gladys in 1897, and a brother, Ray in 1913.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Walnut Street Baptist Church of which she was a member in charge of Rev. R. N. MacDonald, pastor. The body will be taken by motor to Aurora for burial in Madison Cemetery. The body will remain at Petersen Bros.' Mortuary until time of service.
