Jo Ann Blum, 68, of Council Bluffs, formerly of Shell Rock, died Feb. 28, 2005, at Jennie Edmundson Hospital, Council Bluffs.

She was born Feb. 7, 1937, in Cedar Falls, daughter of Claude and LaVeda Fairweather.

Ms. Blum worked as a CNA for 20 years in the Waterloo-Cedar Falls area.

Survivors include three sons, Lenny of Hartshorn, Mo., David of Table Rock Lake, Mo., and Jeff of Cedar Rapids; three daughters, Anna Nanke of Omaha, Neb., Pam Eastman of Waterloo, and Brenda Walker of Eau Claire, Wis.; 11 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Services: 1 p.m. May 14 at Hillside Cemetery, Cedar Falls.
