WATERLOO -- Stuart B. Lichty, 52, of Waterloo, died at his home Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014, of natural causes.

He was born Dec. 11, 1961, in Waterloo, son of Melvin and Carol Ulffers Lichty. Stuart graduated from Waterloo West High School in 1980 and attended the University of Northern Iowa.

Survived by three sons, Blake (Ashley) of Roswell, Ga., and Adam and Ian, both of Indianola; his mother of Waterloo; and a sister, Amy Lichty of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his father.

Private family gathering will take place. Locke Funeral Home is assisting the family.
