CEDAR FALLS - Roberta A. "Aunt Bert" Ackerman, 53, of 2216 Lincoln St., No. 15, died Saturday, June 11, 2005 at her home.

She was born July 10, 1951, in Oelwein, daughter of Robert William and Olive Mae Camp Norman. She married Ralph E. Ackerman, and they were later divorced.

She attended Waterloo East High School and Hawkeye Community College.

Survived by a daughter, Angela (Shawn) Nicol of Waterloo; five grandchildren; and three sisters, Cindy Reysack of Bristol and Debbie Norman and Helen Norman, both of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Family-directed memorial services: 1 p.m. Friday at Grace Brethren Church. There will be no visitation. Her body was cremated.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
