Services for Thomas Craig, 45, of 2215 E. Fourth St., will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Friends may call at the Oppold Funeral Home after 3 p.m. Thursday. Mr. Craig died at 4:05 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Hospital of cancer.

He was born Oct. 18, 1930, in Waterloo, the son of William and Beulah Green Craig. He married Ruth Mishak in Waterloo Oct. 6, 1956.

He served in the Navy in the Korean War from 1950 to 1954. Mr. Craig was employed as a switchman for the Illinois Central-Gulf Railroad.

Survivors are his wife; 10 children, Cindy, Linda, Michael, Thomas, Julie, Daniel, Sandra, John, Gary and Jeff, all at home; his mother, Mrs. William Craig of 519 Dawson St.; seven brothers, Eugene (Bill) of Des Moines, Richard of Cleveland, Ohio, Roger of 219 State St., James of Muscaline, Robert of 97 Joy Dr., Edward of 520 E. Dale St., and Patrick of 3524 Woodridge Dr., Cedar Falls; and six sisters, Mrs. Marie Schlorff of 1734 W. 11th St., Mrs. Florence Gaffney of Sumner, Mrs. JoAnn Rathjen of Mason City, Mrs. Monica Cashman of Des Moines, Mrs. Kathleen Jensen of Des Moines and Mrs. Charlene Dahlin of New Brighton, Minn.

Memorials may be given to St. Mary's Catholic Church or Columbus High School in his name.
