CEDAR FALLS - Yvonne M. Pietsch, 76, of Cedar Falls, died Tuesday, Jan. 14, at Windsor Care Nursing and Rehab Center.

She was born Jan. 23, 1937, in Des Moines, daughter of Clarence and Susan Merical Neville. She married Paul Pietsch on Nov. 26, 1960, in Des Moines.

She graduated from Iowa State College with a bachelor's degree in home economics and taught at Lake View Auburn High School for two years. Mrs. Pietsch was a member of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Cedar Falls.

Survived by her husband; a daughter, Lori (David) Newbrough of Sioux City; a son, Kurt (Teresa) of Forest City; and three grandchildren, Kyle, Christine and Ethan Newbrough.

Services: 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery, both in Cedar Falls. Visitation from 11:30 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church. Richardson Funeral Service is assisting the family.

Memorials may be directed to the church.

Yvonne had been a member of Alpha Delta Pi since college. She really enjoyed returning to Iowa State for the 100th anniversary celebration of the sorority.
