Alexis Renai Phillips, 13 months, of 403 Home Park Blvd., died Sunday, Nov. 5, 2000* at Sartori Memorial Hospital, Cedar Falls, Iowa; cause of death pending autopsy results.

She was born Oct. 6, 1999, in Waterloo, the daughter of BreAnn Phillips.

Survived by her mother, and a special friend, Chris Johns, of Waterloo; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Debbie Phillips of Waterloo; maternal great-grandparents, Leo and Lorena Phillips of Gilbertville; and maternal great-grandmother and stepgreat-grandfather, Jacquelyn and Eddie King of Waterloo.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at First Assembly of God Church, with burial in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, and for an hour before services Thursday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
