WATERLOO - Joyce Bleeker, 52, of Waterloo, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2001 at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

She was born Sept. 15, 1948, in Racine, Wis., daughter of Everett Louis and Grace Freda Behrens Bleeker.

A 1966 graduate of New Hartford High School, Joyce worked at various positions at Western Home, Cedar Falls.

Survived by two brothers, Richard Bleeker of Cedar Falls and Everett Bleeker of Pleasant Prairie, Wis.; and two sisters, Renetta Betz of Waverly and Coleen Blackburn of Show Low, Ariz.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Engelkes-Abels Funeral Home, with burial in Fairview Cemetery, both in Grundy Center. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home, with the family present from 4 to 6 p.m.

A memorial fund has been established.
