CEDAR FALLS -Katelyn Rose Frazier, 6-month-old daughter of Jennifer Lee Frazier of Cedar Falls, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 2000 at home; cause of death to be determined by medical examination.

She was born June 6, 2000, in Waterloo, daughter of Jennifer Lee Frazier.

Survived by her mother; maternal grandfather and stepgrandmother, Charles and Jan Frazier of Janesville; maternal grandmother and stepgrandfather, Debbie and Tim McCrea of Cedar Falls; and maternal great-grandparents, John and Eva Frazier and Ken and Peggy Lamaak, all of Sioux City.

Services: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Timothy's United Methodist Church, with burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Richardson Funeral Home and for an hour before services Wednesday at the church.

Memorials may be directed to the family.
