NESTOR, BRANDHORST, BAILEY, KLINGAMAN, THOMPSON

Mrs. Ida M. Nestor, 83, died in her sleep early Friday morning at the Schrock Convalescent Home, 1032 W. 5th St. Death was attributed to complications incident to advanced age.

The daughter of Frederick C. and Margaret Bailey Brandhorst, she was born March 10, 1870, at Hudson. On Sept. 28, 1901, she was married to Dr. R. J. Nestor at Hudson.

They spent 18 months in Vienna. Austria, and upon their return made their home in Waterloo, where Dr. Nestor practiced medicine until his death in May, 1928. Since July 6, 1951, she had made her home at the convalescent home.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. C. E. Kingaman, 1401 W. 2nd St. and Mrs. J. R. Thompson, 1208 Washington St., and several nieces and nephews.

The body is at Locke Funeral Home, where funeral arrangements are pending.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Locke Funeral Home for Mrs. Ida M. Nestor, 83, who died in her sleep early Friday morning. Rev. Spencer Gentle, pastor of First Brethren Church will officiate at the services. Burial will be in Hudson.
