Services for Verva Ellen Stover, 84, formerly of Waterloo, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Parrott & Wood Funeral Home with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. She died Saturday at Bryan Memorial Extended Care Center in Phoenix.

She was born Sept. 3,1899, at Dallas Center, daughter of Charles E. and Minnie Willier Miller.

She married Orman C. Stover May 12, 1920, at Dallas Center. He died Aug. 26, 1963.

She lived in Waterloo from 1920 to 1967, when she, moved to Phoenix. While in Waterloo she was employed at Jenkins-Fergemann Printing and Book Binding Co.

She is survived by a son, Dwaine M. of Phoenix; two daughters, Audrey M. Harris of Carrollton, Texas, and Beverly Murray of Defiance, Ohio; two sisters, Vivian Heit and Myrtle Campbell of Dallas Center; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
