[Waterloo Daily Courier, Wednesday, February 4, 1942, Waterloo, Iowa]

Mrs. William Yockstick, Battle Creek, Mich., former Waterloo resident, died Monday night in Battle Creek, according to word received here Wednesday by Mrs. Mary Mandelkow, 208 Vaughan Street, a friend.

Mrs. Yockstick was about 75 years old. She and her husband moved from Waterloo about 12 years ago. He was a carpenter here and also worked for the Galloway Company.

Surviving besides the husband are two daughters, Mrs. Eva Redpath and Mrs. Marie Meyer, both of Battle Creek.

The body will be brought to the Kearns Garden Chapel here Wednesday night and will be accompanied by the husband and daughters.

Burial will be in Waterloo.
