EVANSDALE - Dorothy H. Frost, 67, of Evansdale, died Friday, Sept. 8, 2006, at Covenant Medical Center of natural causes.

She was born June 7, 1939, in rural Raymond, daughter of Edward and Audrey Lava Frost. She married James M. Frost Aug. 13, 1960, in Raymond.

She was a graduate of St. Mary's Catholic School, Waterloo.

Survived by her husband; a son, Kevin J. (Susan) of Bloomington, Ill.; three daughters, Tamara J. Hastings of Waterloo, Kristy J. (Daniel) Lichty of Evansdale and Dawn M. (Lee) Mattox of Cedar Falls; eight grandchildren; a brother, Donald B. (Connie) Frost of Raymond; and a sister, Rosemary (Joe) Fischels of Gilbertville.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Raymond, with burial in the church cemetery. Public visitation from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, Waterloo, where there will be a 4 p.m. rosary and a 7 p.m. vigil. Visitation also for an hour before services Tuesday at the church.
