Mr. Dwight A. Sickles of Lakeland died of heart failure Thursday (August 26, 2004), at his home. He was 71.

He was bron July 22, 1933, in Waverly, Iowa. He came here fromMuncie, Ind., in 1976. He was a plant manager for Master Container in Mulberry. He was amember of Faith Lutheran Church.

Mr. Sickles is survived by his wife, Mildred Sickles, Lakeland; sons, Bradley Sickles, Newman, GA., Brian Sickles, Lakeland, Steven Sickles, Winter Springs; daughter, Julie Streit, Ocoee; brother, Thomas Sickles, Readlyn, Iowa; and six grandchildren.

Services will be 2 p.m. today from Faith Lutheran Church.

Notes
The Sickles lived in Black Hawk County, Iowa for at least 9 years. His wife was the former Mildred Ella Brocker of Plymouth in June 1955. She was a nurse.
