Services are pending at the Chapel of Memories West for Carri Sue Esch, four-month-old, daughter of Ronald L. and Jackie McNamara Esch of 500 W. Dale St., who died Saturday
about 12:35 p.m.

She was dead when the Waterloo Fire Department ambulance arrived and was taken to St. Francis Hospital for an autopsy. Dr. Paul O'Keefe. county medical examiner, said death was the result of the Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

Services for Carrie Sue Esch. infant daughter of Ronald L. and Jackie McNamara Esch of 500 W. Dale St., will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Chapel of Memories West, with burial in the Garden of Memories. The child was dead on arrival at Allen Memorial Hospital at 2:05 p.m. Saturday, of sudden infant death syndrome.

She was born in Iowa City May 11, 1976.

Survivors include her parents; a sister, Kristi Marie at home; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald C. Esch of 120 Sutton Ave., Elk Run Heights; maternal grandparents. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene McNamara of 1275 Ackermant St.: and maternal great-grandfather, Eugene McNamara of Chippewa Falls, Wis.
