WATERLOO - Donald Ray Miller, 75, of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013 at Southaven, Miss.

He was born Dec. 12, 1937, in Allison, son of Claus and Anna Weichers Miller. On Aug. 12, 1956, he married Yordonna Koeff and they later divorced. On Oct. 17, 1979, he married Judy Huen.

A 1954 graduate of Waterloo East High School, Mr. Miller was an engineer for Illinois Central Rail Road, retiring in 2000 after 42 years of service.

Survived by his wife; two daughters, Teri Miller of Cedar Falls and Becky (TJ) Morris of Waterloo; two sons, Dan Miller of Fort Worth, Texas, and David Lowe of Cedar Falls; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Henry (Bonnie) of Oregon; and a sister, DeLoris (Richard) Boston of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by his parents; and a sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Dean Ackerson.

Celebration of Life Service: 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Peter Lutheran Church, Denver. Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home, Waverly, is assisting the family.
