HUDSON — W. M. McMahon, 73, died Wednesday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Georgia Strayer,

For 50 years he had been employed by the Rock Island railroad. From 1937 to 1941 he was station agent at Rowley, retiring in 1941.

Survivors include his wife, Christine; three daughters, Mrs. Strayer; Mrs. M. M. Deninger of Peoria, Ill., and Mrs. John Emberton of San Diego, Calif.; one son V. Lee McMahon of St. Louis, Mo., and six grandchildren.

His parents and two brothers preceded him in death,

The body is Towne O'Keefe & Towne Funeral Home in Waterloo, where funeral arrangements are pending.
