WATERLOO - Ann Marie "Sally" Rutter, 63, of Waterloo, died at home Monday, April 24, 2006.

She was born May 7, 1942, in Waterloo, daughter of Joseph Thomas and Delphine Haes McDermott. She was raised by Mary and Eugene McDermott.

Mrs. Rutter was a graduate of Columbus High School and had been a beautician with the Cedar Falls Lutheran Home.

Survivors include a daughter, Gina Siglin of Waterloo; three sisters, JoDel Ellen Bush, Amelia Stern and Barbara Hoppes, all of Waterloo; and a brother, David Elmore of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents; and a son, Michael Whetro.

Family memorial service will take place at a later date. Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, an Overton Family Service, is in charge of arrangements.
