EVANSDALE - Jeffery James Gross, 59, of Evansdale, died at home Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013, of natural causes.

He was born Sept. 2, 1954, in Waterloo, son of Wayne and Pearl Petsche Gross. He graduated from Columbus High School in 1972 and had worked with handicapped individuals as a home health aide in Oklahoma City, and most recently at EPI in Waterloo.

Survived by his parents of Waterloo; four brothers, Quentin (Margo) of Concorde, N.C., Dale (Pamela) of Waterloo, Matt (Susie) of Highland, Calif., and Todd of Panama City Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Sally (Bill) Strand of Palm Harbor, Fla., and Dawn (Dave) Davison of Sentinel, Okla.; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service on South Street, Waterloo. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
