WATERLOO - Darlius Jane Clark, 76, of Brooklyn, formerly of Waterloo, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013, at Grinnell Regional Hospital, Grinnell.

She was born July 20, 1937, in Waterloo, daughter of Fred and Leona Earnest Reiners. She married Marlyn R. Clark on Sept. 2, 1957, in Waterloo. He preceded her in death on May 26, 2011.

She worked as a crosswalk guard for the Waterloo Police Department/Waterloo Schools for over 10 years. She was a member of the Northeast Iowa CB Radio Club and a former member of the Eagle’s Clubs in Waterloo and Tama.

Survived by a son, Sam “Sumo” (Donna) of Waterloo; three daughters, Deanna (Daniel) Holst of Box Elder, S.D., Shawn Craft and LeAnne Inman, both of Waterloo; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many adopted children and grandchildren; a brother, Fred Reiners; three sisters, Bonnie (Edmond) Wolf of Washburn, Sharen (Kenny) Squires of Shell Rock and Becky (Mark) Schwartz of Waverly; two sisters-in-law, Donna Diane Graves of Cedar Falls and Betty Clark of Waterloo.

Preceded in death by her parents.

Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Garden View Chapel Funeral Home, Waterloo, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and for an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.
