DUNKERTON - Margaret N. Anderson, 91, of Dunkerton, died at home Saturday, Oct. 19, 2013.

She was born April 2, 1922, in Waseca, Minn., daughter of Hans and Emma Miller Jensen. She married William J. Anderson on Jan. 9, 1941, in the Little Brown Church in Nashua. He died Jan. 29, 1993.

Mrs. Anderson and her husband farmed near Dunkerton from 1941 until retiring in 1980. She was a member of Barclay United Presbyterian Church in rural Dunkerton.

Survived by four sons, Gene (Diane) of Dunkerton, Donald (Gale) of Heath, Texas, Charles (Sara) of Dunkerton and Stephen (Ellen) of Readlyn; 13 grandchildren, Kim Harrison, Lisa Martineck, the Rev. Dr. Julie Schuett, Dawn Buccafusco, Walter Anderson, Aaron Anderson, Eric Anderson, Rachel Hiebert, Adam Anderson, Micah Barraza, Audrey Anderson-Hoso, Brian Anderson and Mattais Gordon; 20 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marilyn (Andrew) Weiss of Dunkerton.

Preceded in death by her parents; her stepmother, Ann Jensen; a grandson, Terry Alan Anderson; and three brothers, Andrew, Warren and Robert Jensen.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Kearns Funeral Service Kimball Chapel, Waterloo, with burial at a later date in Old Barclay Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday and for an hour before services Saturday at the funeral home.
